  • How do I use my discount code?
    You can enter a discount code in the last step of the ordering process: under step 4 'check details' in the 'discount code or gift voucher' box. Please note that each discount code has specific conditions that the order must meet before the discount is applied to the order. These conditions are stated with the discount code. After entering the discount code, a message will appear on the screen stating that the discount code has been successfully processed or that it will indicate what requirements the order must meet to still qualify for the discount. Once the discount has been processed, the discount amount will be deducted from the total price. The discount amount is also shown separately. Do you want to remove the discount code? Then click on the cross behind the discount code.
  • What is the delivery time?
    We currently have delivery times of 2 to 3 working days (Mon - Fri)*. When placing your order and in your order confirmation you will see the expected delivery time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment. Please note: Orders ordered as pre-orders have a delivery time of 15-25 working days. If we do not receive your order within that time, can deliver, the money will be automatically refunded to the account. You will receive an email from us when the product is back in stock so that you can be the first to order again.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    You have ordered the wrong item or you would like a different product? Not a problem, but we do have to charge a 10% cancellation fee. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other to us at your own expense. If you would like to reorder an item in a different size, but it has now increased in price, please contact our customer service team.
  • How do I place an order?
    After you have found an item that suits your taste and you have chosen a color and size, you can place the desired item in your shopping cart by clicking "Order now!" click you. You can then continue shopping or go directly to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart Here you will find an overview of all the items you have placed in your shopping cart. The total amount and expected delivery date can also be found here. Is everything correct? Click on "Go to checkout" to complete your order. You will be asked to log in to your account, or if you do not have an account yet, to register. NB! The items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you. How do you win an order? Shortly after your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number. We also send an email when your shipment leaves our warehouse. In this email, you will receive a tracking code so that you can track your package en route.
  • I have received an item that I did not order.
    We apologize if we have sent you an item that you did not order! Please contact our customer service immediately to receive a return label. After receiving the incorrect product, we will send the correct order. You will receive another email with a Track & Trace code.
  • Product or size not available.
    It may happen that a certain size or item is not in stock. In that case, we can notify you when your size is available again. Please contact our customer service for this.
  • I only received 1 of the 2 items, how is this possible?"
    It may happen that one of the ordered items is in stock, so we can deliver it faster than the tracksuit that still has to come from our supplier. Therefore, keep an eye on your email to see whether the tracksuits will be sent separately or together.
  • The ordered item is too small or too large, can I return it?"
    Yes, you can easily return your item within 30 days. If you are in doubt about which size you should order, please always contact our customer service first for advice. If you would like to exchange the ordered tracksuit for a smaller or larger size, you can return the suit and reorder a different size, please contact our customer service.
