Returns
It is possible to return your item if it is unworn, in original condition, and with the original tags. Returns are at your own expense, you can choose to return them yourself for €7.95 and get the purchase price refunded or return them for free and receive a gift certificate worth the product ordered.
The hygienic fitting of items is of course allowed. Labels and tags may not be removed from the article. If you wish to return the item, make sure that you do not dirty the item and return it to us in its original condition and factory packaging.

Can I exchange an article?
Unfortunately, exchanging an article directly is not possible. To receive the desired article, you can place a new order and return the other one to us free of charge.
If you wish to reorder an item in a different size, but it has now been increased in price, please contact our customer service.
